Media Accreditation The Convenience U CARWACS Show May 22 & 23, 2008 TELUS Convention Centre The Media Centre at The Convenience U CARWACS Show is for the use of working media. Media are encouraged to pre-register for the show and conference. A badge will then be waiting for pick-up in the Media Centre. Register early to be placed on the media distribution list and receive all the exciting event information. To use the Media Centre you must be a reporter, writer, editor, videographer or photographer. You Must Submit ONE of the Following Your media outlet's masthead or stationery, with your name and editorial title A letter from your news director or editor confirming you are On Assignment at the event A letter from a recognized news organization or publication verifying that you have been retained as a freelance writer or photographer to cover the event A bylined article written by you on your publication's masthead and published in the last six months A copy of a press card from a recognized media outlet with current, full membership status Back to Media Releases
